I lead transformation and modernization within the customer experience of Home Depot payments enterprise wide. Serving in a fortune 20 company my organization impacts $24Billion in store credit transactions and $280 MM in incremental growth. Driving cross domain strategy and communication to ensure we can maintain sales while scaling growth and maturity in credit, POS and customer interaction at conversion in the stores.
Helping found and launch a service sold for $300MM called HomePerks. This service was designed and provisioned to support smart home and home efficiency customer acquisitions. I reported directly to the SVP of Design where I regularly presented and shared updated goals and customer needs across the company.
